How do I make a table reservation at HighHouse?

Simply reserve online via our restaurant booking platform. If your preferred slot isn’t available, feel free to contact HighHouse and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I request window seats or outdoor tables when making a reservation?

You may indicate your seating preference at the point of booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, all table allocations are subject to availability on the day itself.

Can I walk in without a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. However, we strongly recommend making a restaurant reservation, especially for dinner or special events, to avoid disappointment.

Are same-day bookings or last-minute lunch reservations accepted?

Yes, but they’re subject to availability. For best results, make your lunch reservations early, particularly if you’re looking to enjoy our lunch set in the enclave booths or with a city view overlooking Raffles Place.

What if I need to change or cancel my dinner reservation?

We get it, plans change. You may cancel or amend your dinner reservation up to 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of SGD$50/- per guest applies thereafter.

Is there a time limit for restaurant bookings?

Each restaurant reservation comes with an allocated dining duration. For lunch and dinner, timing varies depending on the seating type and day. Our team will advise upon confirmation.
